How to return a product?

You have received your product but something is wrong! Maybe the size or the color...
Don't worry, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to take advantage of a free exchange or refund. If you request an exchange, the return shipping is free. For a refund, the return postage cost will be at tour expense.


Log in to your customer account on the website

  • In "MY ORDERS", select the order concerned by your request and click on "DETAILS" then "MAKE A RETURN OR COMPLAINTS"
  • Choose the product(s) to return. In the form, specify the reason and nature.
  • Exchanges are accepted on the size and color basis of the same model only.
  • Once this step has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the shipping mark to stick on the package. In the case of an exchange, it will be a PREPAID COLISSIMO label. In the case of a refund it will be a generic label.
  • Reuse your Henjl box because our delivery boxes are designed to be reused. You will find a system allowing you to close your box.
  • Put the products you wish to return or exchange in the box. These must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and in the protection originally provided.
  • Close the package and stick the return label on the box.
  • For PREPAID COLISSIMO: drop off the package at a post office or Colissimo drop-off point.
  • For returns at your expense, you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a shipment with tracking and delivery against signature. The return of the product being at your expense, in the event of loss of the package, no refund can be made.
  • All returned products are checked and reconditioned in new bags.

Exchange and Return


To be very clear, the exchange is free, the return for order cancellation is at your expense.

We consider the exchange as part of the customer service. In the event that you need an exchange of size or color of the same item, we will pay for the shipping costs of your package at your request based on standard delivery by colissimo in mainland France only and this for 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days upon receipt of your order. For the cancellation of your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty, but the shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. We advise you to favor sending with delivery against signature. The return of the product is your responsibility, in the event of loss of the package, no refund can be made.

Reuse your Henjl cardboard. Indeed our delivery boxes have been designed to be reused. You will therefore find a system allowing you to close your box. Note that it is essential that the product you send is in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only for returned Products complete, in perfect condition, unworn, clean, in their original packaging, with the provision of a copy of the purchase invoice. Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, broken or damaged, for any reason whatsoever, will not be taken back.

All returned items are handled and controlled manually upon reception. We reserve the right to reject the return of products that do not meet above conditions.

The Customer is liable for the depreciation of the Product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics and its proper functioning.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for Products made according to his own specifications or clearly personalized according to the wishes of the Customer.



Once your parcel has been received and checked, it will be returned to stock in new packaging. If the above conditions for return are met, we will then proceed to the refund and a credit note will be generated in your account area.
