Once we have confirmed by email the correct reception of your request for retraction you will simply download this form, fill it in and send it back to us.

Our delivery boxes have been designed to be reused. So you will find a system allowing you to close your cardboard.
It is essential that the product you send is in its original packaging.

Take care to keep all proof of deposit of the parcel delivered by La Poste, the stamp of La Poste being proof of the date of return of the product.
The return of the product being at your expense, in case of loss of the parcel, no refund can be made.

Henjl undertakes to refund, the price of the product and the delivery costs in proportion to the products delivered on the order concerned, on the basis of a standard delivery only, not later than the day on which the products were recovered or the date on which the product was shown to have been shipped.

Recovery condition

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only for returned Products complete, in perfect condition, unworn, clean, in their original packaging, with the provision of a copy of the purchase invoice. Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, broken or damaged, for any reason whatsoever, will not be taken back.

The Customer is liable for the depreciation of the Product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics and its proper functioning.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for Products made according to his own specifications or clearly personalized according to the wishes of the Customer.
