Delivery time

The Seller undertakes to make the delivery of the ordered items between 2 and 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), depending on the delivery method chosen and the availability of items. When you order several products at the same time and the shipping times are different, the actual shipping time may be the longest, the entire order being prepared when all the products that constitute it are in stock at the Seller.


Processing, delivery and packaging fees are charged extra. They vary according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer. They are offered for any order delivered by the Colissimo service from € 50 of order amount. The delivery costs are indicated below as well as on the summary of the order before the validation of the latter.

We deliver only to the following countries for now : France, Germany, Belgium, The Nederlands, Luxembourg.


FRANCE: Delivery costs are offered from € 50 purchase with Colissimo.

  • COLISSIMO home with signature: 6,00 € for an order amount lower than 50 €. For an order amount of 50 € and more, these fees are offered.
  • COLISSIMO Relay Point: 5,00 € for an order amount lower than 50 €. For an order amount of 50 € and more, these fees are offered.
  • CHRONOPOST: 20,00 € per parcel


GERMANY / NETHERLANDS / BELGIUM / LUXEMBOURG : Delivery costs are offered from 50 € of purchase in Colissimo Europe.

  • COLISSIMO home with signature: 13,00 € for an order amount lower than 50 €. For an order amount of 50 € and more: these fees are offered.
  • COLISSIMO Relay Point : This service is not available.
  • CHRONOPOST: 25,00 € per parcel


Délivery address

The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the completeness and the conformity of the information which it provides to the Seller, the latter being, in no case, responsible for any errors of seizure and the consequences in terms of delay or error of delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the return of the Products will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

Provide your mobile number when you creating your customer account. A  number essential to be informed of the delivery by the carrier. However your number will remain cofidential and will not be disclosed for any other use

Delivery problem

If a delay in delivery occurs, or packages are misplaced by carriers, the Customer must notify by email or telephone the Seller within ten (10) days of receipt by email of the order confirmation. We will accompany you in the steps with carriers. For information, if a problem occurs during a Colissimo delivery, the investigation times are long. They can reach a month.

In case of exceeding the delivery date, the Customer has the opportunity to obtain the resolution of the contract of sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:
